I won't be doing anything other than watch for future lawsuits and support them.
Depanding on how this plays out, it appears that a conspiracy is in place to defraud SH.
US has whistle blower laws that entitle the whistle blower to huge share of fines etc.
Apart from that I have written to Director Carter and asked that the Board present to the Lender in position the case for maintaining shareholders' equity.
I believe that the Lenders and the strategic investors (Pharmas) would benefit from having a liquid share trade, once the company was stabilised and cash flows improve.
Flextronics is mainly owned by Funds and their SP is not wonderful as I believe you need the small individual investor to stimulate the SP.
I believe it is not the small investor that has driven UNIS shareprice down.
