The bad guys are the ones which are MMX co-defendents. I have googled the current directors of CHM and cant see anything they have done that causes you to make statements like this.
In comparison to your co-defendents these guys are angels.
Beside the racist remarks I read here about Ben Elias all I can find is that he has built a successful business career post his rugby days.
Maybe the price rose becuase the speculators got interested as the case was due to start and then the case is delayed and so the interest level dropped off.
The current MMX management are relying on the defence of Barnes and Grimaldi. Get yourself a copy of the court transcripts and tell me you are not worried. What happened to their forensic accountant. Why doesnt this form part of MMX defence.
I am betting that Barnes and Grimaldi have legged over the current management and right now they are trying to come to grips with some very damaging evidence.
