    you are the other fool - there was an expectation that the case was going to proceed and of course the punters wanted to get on board. then the "dodgy brothers" Grimaldi and Barnes stepped into the fray with the weak MMX saying that is all they have and here we are delayed - a nuisance but there we are.

    CHM management are fine - the old CHM had the bad ones as you know. MMx could not have settled because they would not have had enough money which is still the case.

    As they say in poker - "all in".
