Ok so obvious questions -1) will the Chinese investors be brave...

Ok so obvious questions -
1) will the Chinese investors be brave enough to invest in something facing litigation for fear of loosing and potentially back away?
2) will the legal eagles be able to ensure that no progress is made whilst said litigation stands...even if it 'takes years' as described?
3) Will the African Government simply say piss off, our country and we will do as we please, totally ignoring the legal challenge?
4) just how much pressure can the proceedings in London put on the African Governments activities / attitude?
