They were starting their shenanigans two years ago. Likely with the same intent, just trying to achieve it via a different method. Namely from the inside. That didn't work, or at least at the desiered pace, so they've gone down a different path. Still intending to steal and develop the project however, any so far seem to be running rings around us. We might be able to fend them off with a deal for the north, but sadly i dont see the likelihood of an outcome as high thats not ending with Zijin developing at least a section of Manono.
