"They didn’t get in suspension when they worked on the MoU in the past, why would they go in suspension this time?"
Because now the DRC know they are on the losing end of the legal process . The MOU has been in play for over 3 months . The ICSID verdict is only 3 weeks old . DRC may have had cause to reconsider their options before more dirt gets slung in their direction . Who knows , but that is a valid reason for a suspension among other things . imo
