It's definitely not in the announcements.

On the internet I can find that there seems to have been an unpaid lawyer, a judgment by the Kinshasha/Gombe court on Oct 23rd for 1.7 million dollar against AVZ followed by the freezing of seven of AVZs and Dathcoms bank accounts in the DRC. On Nov 7th Graeme Johnston authorized some lawyers to challenge the judgment and unfreeze the accounts.

Don't know how much merit this has, but some things mentioned are very concrete ( " judgment by the Kinshasha/Gombe court on Oct 23rd " ). It most certainly means more legal issues and lawyers costs.
