we have decisions already announced

Dathomir vs AVZ - Undoing to disollution of the JV and forcing dathomir to withdraw court cases
AVZ vs DRC - Undoing the transfer of the southern acerage and asking CAMI to update the portal to reflect this
Zinjin/Comminere vs AVZ - Placing a daily penalaty for further action, increasng this penalty, ruling in favour of AVZ and waiting on award now.

So these are already announced But what is missing is where is the Action from the losing parties? are they honouring ICSID and ICC outcomes? DRC are signatories and if they are not going to follow international law then the non-chinese investment must pull back, the world must make a stand against corruption and must support the true people of the DRC.

AVZ trying to fight on morale grounds alone is not going to work, we need a movement here and we need it visible...


This is IF the DRC is not going to follow, there is no indication this is true but AVZ are the only ones who can confirm this. We need feedback now whilst the momentum is with us (Felix re-elected, court wins etc etc)
