Which cases remain outstanding Roon-aus?

Whilst the formal closure remains open, the provisional rulings are enough to suggest these are at a point where we deserve an update on enforcement

Zinjin - AVZ announced an order to restrain Zinjin on the north

(note: Point 3 is what was scheduled for end of Jan ICC)

These are all prescriptive instructions, I fail to see why you suggest the "meat" of the argument is not commenced... Furthermore from an average duration for these cases, some of which are 2 years old - if we havent got to the crux of the case then ICC and ICSID are failing on their average KPI's.

Note: i am not arguing that these are closed, done , dusted, but i am suggesting we have enough momentum across all of these cases to be producing tangible outcomes now. The failure of AVZ to announce outcomes of these is where my issue is, each of these should have been actioned in some way OR it is indicactive that the DRC is not going to comply. in this case, we need more support to force compliance to international rulings.
