As far as I am led to believe, AVZ can’t trade until there is clarity as per the listing rules.
it was placed into suspension due lack of clarity therefore unacceptable risk of trading without proper guidance as to the state of the company.
what has changed?
management are working through the issues in a methodical legal manner and there is a plan. There needs to be some sort of ruling prior to trading or else the ASX is complicit in breaching its own rules.
no amount of spamming from two dogs will change the situation.
