I do think a compromise with Dathomir would be a very good idea....

I do think a compromise with Dathomir would be a very good idea. E.g. Dathomir sells 5% of the Dathcom shares it holds for $10 million and keeps the other 10%.
That would mean that:
a) the Dathomir legal case would be solved, saving legal costs
b) the remaining $10 million is freed up and can be used for working capital
c) Dathomir would have a financial intrest in the JV, creating a potental ally in the DRC.

However I don't think AVZ management is able to pull something like this off.
