They could get a seat on the Dathcom board, like Dathomir used to or Cominiere does now, without triggering any FIRB issues, as it's not an Australian entity. The FIRB just blocked the Chinese taking a 10% position and board seat on AVZ itself - which I agree will not happen.

The provisional ICSID measures also do not confirm or restore ownership of PR 13359, they are to uphold the status quo and prevent the tenement being developed whilst that ownership question is addressed by ICSID a year or two down the line.
