The ASX and ASIC are "fully aware" of the geo political,CCP,MMGA,corrupt elements in the DRC,Zijin/China influence attempting to usurp the project from AVZ to the absolute detriment of the people of Manono, the wider population of the DRC, the greater vision of Felix Tshisekedi for his country in the emerging carbon free world and the shareholders of AVZ

The BoD have been absolutely resolute and correct in continuing to pursue a 100% honest path in line with the DRC Mining Code, observing DRC law, adhering to relevant DRC agency legislation/guidelines and further to that ensuring alignment with international codes of legal contractual conduct

It will be the greatest moment for Felix Tshisekedi during his presidency to commission the Manono project with AVZ and the genuine partners that are absolutely willing to help him fulfill his vision for the advancement of the DRC and all of it's wonderful citizens
