I thought I had answered your question - I don't think it matters how much % AVZ end up with I think the best result if they can achieve it is if they can negotiate a buyout of the DRC asset. Presumably that is funded by the Chinese as a defacto government agency to make all the court cases go away.
Personally I cant see it happening as the Chinese will play the long game to starve AVZ of funds they will be in a whole world of pain if Locke don't come good. ( IMO)
As a shareholder do you still have a desire to own shares in a mine in the DRC - What happens with next change of government in 4 years ?
