If Zinjin develops the north there is an overhanging massive damages bill + royalties bill when icc and icsid awards.

Zinjin has a ton of international assets and would know these can be taken from them. The drc are the same situation but a few curropt idiots aren't considering the future of the people or the asset, simply the short term bill to which they are clearly exposed

So why would zinjin proceed without legal clearance? No investor especially that of a listed company will touch it.

So unless this is cleared at an international level, both southern and northern assets won't go beyond what avz has already achieved and spent money to do so = exploration.
