we only have to use industry multiples to get a value.
As an example ESS was taken over cheaply , it had 11.2mt at 1.16% . It Was bought for 150m. Thats 150m for 129k tonnes or $1,154 a tonne
Note: the project was not advanced
AVZ JORC is 400 Mt at 1.65% Li2O or 6.6m tonnes = at 1,154 a tonne = 7.6b, discounting to 75% that 5.7b value or a share price of 1.60
but the kicker is the exploration target:
AVZ target for exploration is 1Bt to 1.2Bt of 1.25% to 1.5% Li2O which is a valuation between 14b ($4.02 share price) to 20b ($5.79) excluding the discount to 75% ownership
Add the TIN Credits and the thing is much bigger.
Further once Zinjin is booted, ownership potential is actually 90% given first rights of refusal!
So assuming this all works in AVZ favour which is the only possible way they will relist, therefore a certainty for the relist situation (or never relists)
Then we have a great short squeeze ... We know the pro's will be out in minutes giving only toilet and his sh*theads that stick around once this relists ; the $1.60 could very well be $2's or higher as stop losses trigger creating a wave of buy pressure with limited sell side order book.
so why guess when its all there? so non-holders can distract the forum further?.
Lets play a guessing game, who is the worst poster wasting everyone's time here??? my guess is toilet, but hoota comes close. What a shame these individuals choose to spend their limited time on things they dont own, and to the annoyance of people around them. Bit like flies or mentally sick
