Current CHM team was'nt around at the time either..... What I am saying is... The fact that Barnes and Grim got 10 mill shares in Winterfall which then converted to shares in MMX does not constitute a loss for CHM nor does it constitite a claim against MMX, for a part of MMX... Who got shares in CHM for no consideration???? What were they sold for???? How much of CHM's money Directly went in to purchase of jack hills.. You keep banging on about 5 "Witnesses" not taking the stand...2 were defendants....and all quite happy to rely on their defence council because if noting substantial has been proved against you, why take the stand and run the risk of incriminating yourself..... ***News Flash*** Gardie old chum...It was always going to be a quantative arguement and defence!!!Were'nt you listening... ever since mmx said they believed they could account for most of the money all but about $5k I believe......thats the arguement.... CHM trying to say more...MMX say less!!!! And Get this..CHM themselves only allege about $450k!!!!Does'nt sound much like a multi million company making payout does it.....Thats why MMX quite happy... Oh, and by the way..I heard the one about the boxer about 30 years ago.....
