I can't feel sorry for Jones, he could have admitted liability and paid Invion back the money and saved hunrdeds of thousands spent on legal fees. Yeates and Creig were just poorly advised. Credit to Ben Graham.
This sorry chapter is over with little likelihood of us getting our money back. However, the real game is about to begin. Invion 103 CPN10 results this month, smoking cessation and asthma next month. Hang on for the ride, this company is about to put a rocket through its share price.
