Another interesting article today's Courier Mail. Jones contemplating going to the High Court. Also says he has settled his dispute with the Bank of Qld who were trying to repossess his home.
IMO he has no chance of being given leave to appeal to the High Court. The judgements were clear and damning about his dishonesty, not one appeal judge dissenting.
Jones also said he was going to sue 3 members of the shareholder action group for defamation in what he described as 'injurious falsehood'.
I guess the one positive is that he still has money to do all this. Let's hope some of it finds its way back to Invion.
