I believe Mr Walker is holding a bone about being turfed by Messers Clark and Co. and is agitating legal action. Probably hoping he can get a class action against the "associated group" that removed him from his very comfortable armchair.
It should be remembered that Mr Walker had years to move RRL into production but was happy to watch the decimation of shareholder wealth whilst extracting $400,000 pa from the coffers. I guess I'd be pissed off too.
He only started buying RRL shares when the share price had tanked. He should be thanking the new guys for the significant increase in the value of his shareholding, not suing. Sook.
