I don't think you know his back ground, he is a very personel friend of a business associate of mine and he has been in te waste business for along time. Don;t defame someone when you don;t know him. The main reason for the price increase on Friday is it is getting close to making an announcment on the $30M + legal fees court case is coming in the next few weeks and let's just say shareholders should be looking forward a special payment of 8 cents per share, not bad weh the shares are only 8.4 cents, double your money.
