1. STP is seeking $30M in damages FACT!!!
2. Issued capital 390M FACT!!
3. Daniels has 48.44% of the company FACT!!
4. $30M / 390M = 7.7cents
5. They have spent millions on the legal case, which will mean they get 70% of that back, FACT!!
If you think that Daniels is so dishonest , what would you do if you have 48.44% of a comapany and have $30M awarded to you of you hard earnt money, will you pay your self the payout or invest it back into the company. Remember, the company has suffered over the last few years as this case has drained them of half their cash.
