Good point Horses. Thanks for the explanation.

This does put ANOTHER pressure on MFS and is another kick in the teeth for holders.

MFS better have a pretty damn good plan for moving ahead as daily we are getting hit with more bad news.

I am hoping all the bad news is out but the financials might have a few more surprises....who knows.

Its time for MFS to put all cards on the table.

Anyway...time is up. 2 days to go till the EGM.

I think info will flow a lot more freely after the EGM....but the big question is now: "Is MFS solvent".

If they are...then we move ahead, relist, take the bashing coming on the SP if margin lenders will be dumping then slowly pick up the pieces.

Chris Scott has a major job on his hands....hope he can pull it all together and that not too much damage has occured.

We know he will be doing everything he can to get MFS back on track as he is the biggest share holder.

All his S8 work and years of building it will be worth nothing if he cant get MFS listed and trading above $5 as thats where he breaks even.

Good luck for Friday onwards MFS holders.

    Scary times for us all.
