They are looking after those with the millions naturally.
Wouldnt it be a bitter pill to swallow if those that irresponsibly borrowed against their millions of shares, were margin called and crashed MFS shares are now the ones who would qualify to sue because of supposed non disclosure !! AND further damage MFS price just before relisting ....!!!
As I see it the weak share price triggered Loans to become "On Call"...sorry I dont know the correct terms.
I believe that the afr article today was not that optimistic that there would be any monetary gain for shareholders by taking legal action...Lawyers profit.IMO
