    Further to my last post I would like to suggest a resolution that Octaviar write into her company laws?
    "That Octaviar shares can NOT be used to obtain loans or would not be covered by the Directors insurance." or something like it.
    In this unsettled financial environment it would stablise the register somewhat.
    I think the insurance companies would like it.
