Seems to be very, very little interest in HC about this, eh? Considering how many people were stung by B&B, I'd have thought there might be some info. Maybe that's why Bookarelli is trying to get more people in the class action?

Regardless, even if they/he wins, the payout will be small, and even smaller once their cut is taken out (I assume).
