Hardenfast there was a recent loss of court action against Babcock and Brown recently .
Will try find for you . Yes is long drawn out process .The ones who contributed to the action as far as noteholders are concerned had a small payout for there efforts . I chose not to throw more money at as only had small holdings in the notes also .
