I dunno about this. Seems a bit "scammy" to me. The "Company" is registered to a flat in Bellevue Hill, the office address is in O'Connell Street, and the phone number is for their lawyer in Castle Hill.

Plus they want 50% of anything that ends up being yours (or mine). Seems like a nice money grab for those who can't be bothered looking into it themselves. Or I may be wrong. I bought B&B in the first place, so clearly I am not right all the time -_-
