The latest Note Holder update dated 17/Nov saying that multiple shareholder lawsuits will require until July 2015 for resolution and then subject to a positive outcome and/or money being left over a payment of dividends in Oct-2015 to unsecured creditors.

this is just the liquidators estimate and there is still 25mm in the bank (and the net expenses for the year were less than a million so there is some small chance for a dividend if all goes well with the equity holders lawsuits (all going well from a noteholder perspective that is).

Given that there was more than 400mm of subordinated notes out there the dividend couldn't be more than 5cents in the dollar but lets not get our hopes up........
