G'day @Philhot, happy Australia day.
Lito options can now be converted by ringing the Advanced Shares registry, they will send you out a form to fill out, your broker will most likely do it for you but probably for fee.
You have to pay 12c for the amount of options held, eg, 1000 options × 12c etc, they then will be converted to shares, alternatively you can just sell the Lito options on market. Good luck in your decision.
