It's not unknown for the current flavor of government to suddenly pull a new mining or 'green' tax out of the bag for those 'bad bad' mining companies operating in Australia. Given the current economic & political climate, I'd say very low geopolitical risks, that one could argue that could impact PDI, far out trump the growing financial barriers & negative policy risks present in Australia.
