The question you need to ask yourself is whether you think the government will not mine a 10Moz tier 1 mine which has potential to be a 14Moz super tier 1 mine? I don't, hence why the government has signed those legal document to allow PDI to mine on the edge of the outer buffer zone 2 which isn't even within zone 1 and is 8km away from the core conservation zone. The government weren't even aware PDI has been drilling within this edge of buffer zone 2 for years and the exploration license was approved after PDI produced the EIS so.......
