He certainly does have that warm & fuzzy look about him & would no doubt be putting ESG objectives way above the massive amount of cold hard cash that the 'to be' mine will produce - not!
Not all hard core military leaders are necessarily bad for countries & in many instances it's just what some countries have needed to maintain stability which may in turn play out well for PDI's long term development & production. .
