entering into a heads of agreement to license the Company’s
intellectual property for commercial exploitation with a
company having a market capitalisation of at least

$500,000,000 within 2 years from the issue of the C Class
Shares;
iwould be cashing in on some early profits as well.
Not everyone has to punt every last cent of an investment like some on this forum suggest is a sound strategy.
