I know we discussed the relative seniority of previous Baord members but did we really have someone at this level? Also this part -

So in recent months he has been working with PYC on it's oncology program and decided to join the Board after overseeing 90+ scientists in Agnes oncology department and then developing the trial of the year at Kite. People that are this successful in the US don't join the Boards of fledgling Perth biotechs for the $40k p.a. Directors fee. They join because they are exited about the science and Kendall has been advising on our program in recent months.
