It was so intense that I was overwhelmed by the complexity of it all. I think that's why Doug Fairlie found that a combination of a Bcl-2 and Myc inhibitor improves the killing activity of each drug by up to 600% refer Phylogica announcement 09/12/2015. I think that's why Professor Sir David Lane is collaborating with Phylogica because despite decades of effort no drugs targeting the MDM2-p53 pathway have made it to market.

And I think that's why Dr Robert Hayes and Dr Rick Kendall have joined the Board of Directors. If all roads in cancer lead to Myc, as asserted by Dr Jay Bradner, then Phylogica with its iMyc candidates and FPP delivery system may find itself at the centre of universal Pharma attention.
