Well there must have been some anomalies in the north of Sydney.Our suburb just went up around 10%+ this month and there are some surrounding suburbs that were around 5%+.
There is still little to no supply of house and land even though the SEPP 5 monstrosities continue to push into the northerm Sydney skyline and what supply there is doesnt last very long.
The way prices are heading in this part of Sydney there wont be any house/land(850M2+) under the million mark within 2 years.
