I can’t imagine that James McClements would sell his stake to anyone other than MinRes (as he is Chairman of MinRes)

The interesting thing from here is what is the implication for the other 80% of shareholders.

Those thinking that this will be another Delta situation are grossly under estimating the quality of the WildCat Board and a rather tight following of friendly shareholders they have

my gut feeling is that WildCat may be very good buying at a 20% discount to what MinRes has just paid.(85 cebts)

The current valuation and geology of Tabba Tabba has just been ‘validated’ by a leading lithium industry professional writing out a big cheque.
