One little glimmer in the "no news" hole! Googled up "Burkino Faso -Perkoa ", and came across the Official Govt site "Premier Ministere" ( bottom of the web page ,and using the translation facility), up pops:
"Launching of the building work of the zinc mine of Perkoa by the Prime Minister [2007-03-26 18:21: 57] The Prime Minister Parmanaga Ernest Yonli carried out the official launching of the building work of the zinc mine of Perkoa, on Monday March 26, 2007, with the foot of the solid mass of volcanic rocks of the village of Perkoa in the province of Sanguié."
Not the news we want , but something at least to say we are still moving forward . You would have to assume Mr. Flory was present --so maybe now the cosmetics are done , we can get to the financial bones . The 5th Feb Announcement granting the Exploitation Licence , said Financing details to be announced "shortly " -- I guess shareholders and Directors have a different interpretation of the word shortly! The Waiver extension to the 31st March ( Saturday ) might now mean we get news in the next two days --or another extension ?? cheers
