If just doing a peer comparison based on market caps, the following are top 10 TSX Venture and CSE companies by market caps as on Friday (only one of them, Novo, is not a cannabis company). At $1 NGW shareprice market cap would be approx $153m fully diluted - which would mean about $35m cash after warrant exercise and assuming they have $10m still from $21m raised in seed.
