What a great week for this little gem.

IMO this is the beginning of a larger re-rating which should still see some great gains. For reference, it's peers trade at PE's of 15-17. (we are currently at approx. 8)

The annual report reads well & it's good to see the company making positive, exciting forward looking statements. (not the usual b/s we read these days that the market is too uncertain).

They are looking to aggressively expand in to QLD via leverage from the Odyseey acqusition, also they are seeking to enter in to VIC & ACT markets "which will significantly expand sales potential", subject to regulatory approvals. (no doubt, this piece of news - reg approval - will be a huge catalyst for a massive rally)

Also great to see that FY13 will see the Odyseey acqusition fully repaid - proof that the management picked it up for a steal!

The addition of Paul Oneile will take this company to the next level. He knows what it takes to generate revenue scale given his experience leading Aristocrat previously.

I'll leave this post with an extract of the outlook statement which got me particularly excited:

"During FY13 the Group plans to continue to grow its market share in Australia, Asia and other parts of the world, by ongoing product development, the new release of innovative new products and entering new markets with existing technologies. Increased distribution of WMS gaming machines will further enhance and strengthen the Group's cash flow, revenue and profit base. The Group will continue with its debt repayment strategies. Through the acqusition of Odyseey Gaming Limited, the Group has expanded into gaming machines monitoring and maintenance services in Queensland, and expects to further rationalise costs and product offerings as well as expand its market share. It is expected to have a positive influence on the Group's revenue and profit base"

IMO should be another exciting week ahead & 10c as a 'mini-milestone' should get taken out very soon.
