Rudd informed the WA Chamber of commerce that the goverment had a $232m hole in their pre-election promises.
The budget axe cuts of $1.3b from public servants will not save as much as first thought.More is planned.

Basically what they are saying is that many of the social programmes put in place previously will now have to be scrapped.
