@reg my thoughts are based on a number of reasons not all listed below.
Market dominate position with leading technology that is continuing to be developed, improved upon and supplemented.Growth is being generated through subscription increases 37%, subscription up-sell 42% a double pronged attack. With churn down to 6%. Up-sells are exceeding subscription!!! Which is great and complements their prudent control of expenditure with respect to growth and they get double the benefit for their spend.
The USA has had a 6th fold (59% in the last half) growth in 2yrs and they have still barely touched the surface. The recent quarter suggests they are ready to take-off!
They are still growing while controlling costs (good management) suggesting the potential for a greater % of earnings to go direct to the bottom line.
Sufficient funds to accelerate their growth if they feel it is required or purchase earnings accretive complementary businesses.
Possibilities for a NADAQ listing or take over opening it up to the significantly larger USA investment market.
Shares like this, with these traits will always get a little ahead of themselves at different stages and may actually never trade on perceived norm values for quite a while because no one wants to miss out and such quality companies are few and far between. Do I think that based on traditional fundamentals it should double and double again. Of course not but in today’s low growth world good growing companies and potential for continued exponential growth are an investors desire and thus, will be valued accordingly.
Sure, over the next two years there will be pull backs along the way and thus opportunities for those who like to time entries, exits and re-entries but, there are to many positive signs to indicate this share has significant growth potential not only over the next few years but long term.
