If they lose price will fall as the case is their only real asset.
CHM issue is ability to show market they can continue the fight. Something I am sure directors would be addressing.
MMX has painted themselves into a corner and have now bet the farm.
Upside for CHM is huge but they must address ongoing funding issues so they can face a long drawn out fight.
