yes tuart the upside for CHM is huge but so is the upside of winning the lotto and it has about as much chance. Share price falling down to 2.5c now, how low will it be in 6 months time if court case drags on, it will have to issue more shares to pay court costs, which will drag the share price down more, maybe it will go under 1c.
