yeah we all are Baggins...but you are right...what will CHM do with the money? Close up shop or turn into a real mining company actively seeking something of value.
We'll have to wait and see. They may not get anything. I dont see this as a CAZ vs RIO scenario (which I got a good burning on)....more some dodgy ex directors being naughty and some compensation is fair. Barnes and Grimaldi are on ASIC's hit list so they obviously are they naughty director type and the $50 million figure one has to pay back means they must have done pretty well out of their unscrupulous business workings.
