Matt, this is one stone two birds, I think. Liu's trial marks a movement of anti corruption at a new stage, targeting crime jointly participated in by key officials and private gurus. But, as you could guess correctly Liu,s share in SDL is also targeted. It is more than just disrupting Liu''controlling over SDL, because Liu's taking over SDL was permitted by the NDRC, consistent with the ndrc's policy, which is not changed.
