Noellyn - from what you understand, is Stephen's trip primarily in relation to the expected spin-off of the Canadian assets through an IPO (or dual-listing - although I note Stephen's preference for a separate vehicle) or more likely to be in relation to the recent Bakken oil field play & meeting the newly hired Canadian team??

Further, was an indicative time-frame for such a spin-off discussed at the AGM?
