COO said at the AGM that the dual listing or spin off of Canada will happen within the next 6 to 12 months.
They had problems with the South African contractors but have much better ones now. The farmers/officials etc needed to be educated about the concepts behind oil and gas developments in the Quebec/Montreal acreage leading to delays also. The different challenges have now been largely overcome in both countries.
