Animal welfare is incomprehensible to these primitive people.
Mate, they still don't understand human welfare.
Just look how they treat the female 50% of their population.
The poor bloody animals haven't got a chance of being treated humanely.
Bringing in more rules and inspections is not the answer. The barbarians will feel insulted and spitefully cause more suffering.
